Recommissioning Bonto 70kV Substation
Returning from Pertamina Plaju Refinery Unit-III, I continue the work on Bonto 70kV Substation. After a few days of working on our scope for the Substation Automation System, I am stuck with no recommissioning test progress. I have been there while the commissioning test of the Generator Transformer in 2018.
The problem is the question of the scope of work. This is one of the cases in that we will see on-site work. I don’t know why this still happens when the scheduling of the work has been discussed.
Now, If I stay waiting for the other teams ready for their work, it will be a waste of operational costs for this project.
Bonto Substation IED BCU
There is misinformation about the scope of reconfiguration of the IED Bay Control Unit from CYG.
Well, we have never seen this device before, and then I did not know that we have the scope for the reconfiguration work for the CYG IED.
This is could be another case that we have to think about seriously before getting on-site work. Although this is a recommissioning project, we need to prepare everything to get the optimum result. The connection between IED CYG BCU and SICAM PAS is running well.
